Cancellation Policy

For group bookings we require 48 hours notice of cancellation. If notice of cancellation is received with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the fee will be withheld. This applies to both self-guided groups and guided tours.

For VIP and VIP PLUS bookings, we require one week’s notice of cancellation. If notice of cancellation is received with less than one week’s notice, 50% of the fee will be withheld.
