Maths Week Tessellations

We repeated the theme of tessellations for Maths Week this year.  The primary age students were asked to create a wallpaper or wrapping paper design using a irregular tessellating shape.

An hour was just not long enough for us all to complete the colouring stage, so here are some of the results at different stages.

Hopefully the children had time to finish the designs in class!
